Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By signing up for Review Return's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Review Return provides a done-for-you reputation management service for trades businesses. This includes automated SMS review requests, a private customer feedback capture form, a client dashboard, and monthly reporting.

3. Subscription and Payment

• Services are billed on a monthly subscription basis.
• Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle.
• Founder rate clients ($99/month) have their rate locked for the lifetime of their subscription.
• Standard rate clients are billed at the current standard rate.
• All prices are in USD.

4. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting hello@reviewreturn.com.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• No refunds are issued for partial months.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business information during onboarding.
• Use the SMS sending tool only to contact customers who have a prior business relationship with you.
• Comply with all applicable US laws regarding SMS communications, including the TCPA.
• Not use the service to send unsolicited messages or spam.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, dashboards, templates, and materials provided by Review Return remain the intellectual property of Review Return. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use these materials for the duration of your subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

Review Return is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid in the most recent billing cycle.

8. Service Availability

We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers including Twilio, Netlify, or Google.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or use the service in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
