SMS Terms & Messaging Disclosure
Review Return · Last updated: July 24, 2026
Review Return is the brand providing this service, and https://reviewreturn.com is our official website, where customers and partner businesses can find our SMS Terms, sample messages, and opt-out instructions — including this page. All consent, disclosure, and messaging practices described below apply to messages sent on behalf of Review Return client businesses.
Review Return is the trading name of K2026472850 (SOUTH AFRICA) (PTY) LTD, a company registered in South Africa (registration number 2026/472850/07).
How SMS Messaging Works on Review Return
Review Return is a software platform used by small service businesses (such as plumbers, electricians, and other trades companies) to request feedback from their own customers after a completed job. Review Return is not the sender of these messages. Each message is sent under the name of the business the customer hired and already has a direct relationship with (for example, "Plum's Plumbing"), not under the name "Review Return."
Who Receives Messages and Why
Recipients are existing customers of a Review Return client business. A customer only receives a message after that business has completed a paid job for them. The customer's phone number is provided directly by the business, based on the existing customer relationship formed when the job was booked.
How Customers Consent (Opt-In)
Consent is obtained verbally, by the business, at the time of booking or completing the service. As part of the normal course of doing business, the client informs their customer that they will receive a single text message asking for feedback on the completed job. The customer's provision of their phone number for this purpose constitutes their consent to receive that message. No customer is added to a marketing list, and no customer receives messages unrelated to the specific service they received.

Message Frequency
Customers typically receive one message following a completed service visit, with an optional single follow-up message if further feedback or a response is needed. Message and data rates may apply.
How to Opt Out
Recipients can opt out of future messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. No further messages will be sent once a recipient has opted out.
