• Google review page URL
• Billing information (processed securely via Paddle)

From end customers (via the review request flow):

• Name and phone number (provided by the client)
• Star rating selected
• Written feedback (if provided)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Deliver the Review Return service to clients
• Send SMS review requests on behalf of clients to their customers
• Log and display feedback responses in client dashboards
• Generate monthly reports for clients
• Process subscription payments

4. SMS Communications

SMS messages are sent on behalf of clients to their customers using Twilio. By using our service, clients confirm they have an existing business relationship with the recipients of any SMS messages sent through our platform. Message frequency varies depending on client activity, but customers can typically expect one message following a completed service visit, with an optional follow-up message if further feedback is requested. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP at any time to opt out of future messages.

5. Data Storage

Customer data is stored securely in Google Sheets associated with each client account. Dashboard access is password protected. We do not sell or share client or customer data with third parties.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate:

• Twilio (SMS delivery)
• Google (Sheets, Apps Script)
• Netlify (hosting)
• Paddle (payment processing)

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing their use of data.

7. Data Retention

We retain client data for the duration of the subscription and for 12 months following cancellation, after which it is deleted upon request.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for SMS communications at any time
